Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust User Acquisition Strategy;
- Work closely with internal departments: Business Intelligence, Media Buying, Programmatic UA, DMP, Creatives, Finance and Ad Intelligence;
- Oversee automated creative production at large scale;
- Oversee media buying;
- Oversee internal DMP;
- Media buying automation;
- Improve R&D of the new formats of the creatives, banner content production;
- Collaborate closely with CFO on credit lines to accelerate the revenue for our UA campaigns;
- Improvement of our BI tools;
- Report to the CEO.
Requirements
- Upper-mediate English;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce;
- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate;
- Ability to think “outside the box”;
- Familiar with Paul Graham essays;
- Great presentation skills;
- Ability to constantly learn large volumes of new information;
- Ability to perform self assessment, identify areas of growth and constant self improvement;
- Experience in performance based marketing is a big plus, but not a strict requirement;
