  • Design and implement robust User Acquisition Strategy;
  • Work closely with internal departments: Business Intelligence, Media Buying, Programmatic UA, DMP, Creatives, Finance and Ad Intelligence;
  • Oversee automated creative production at large scale;
  • Oversee media buying;
  • Oversee internal DMP;
  • Media buying automation;
  • Improve R&D of the new formats of the creatives, banner content production;
  • Collaborate closely with CFO on credit lines to accelerate the revenue for our UA campaigns;
  • Improvement of our BI tools;
  • Report to the CEO.


  • Upper-mediate English;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce;
  • Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate;
  • Ability to think “outside the box”;
  • Familiar with Paul Graham essays;
  • Great presentation skills;
  • Ability to constantly learn large volumes of new information;
  • Ability to perform self assessment, identify areas of growth and constant self improvement;
  • Experience in performance based marketing is a big plus, but not a strict requirement;
