Appodeal Stack is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with creatives in Facebook. You’ll run creatives tests campaigns, organize the process of creatives testing on Facebook, and drive volume campaigns with the help of performing creatives for our portfolio of apps (card games, puzzles, word games, block games, board games).
- Test options for working with creatives tests and choose the most effective one;
- The aim is to find good creatives via tests and make them perform well on volumes in a way that they boost the ongoing campaigns;
- Set up and launch creatives testing campaigns in Facebook and Google Ads to find performing creatives;
- Run Facebook;
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce more performing creatives;
- Check the results of the tests and add the best creatives to all ongoing campaigns in all networks (Facebook, Google Ads, Applovin, Unity, IronSource, MyTarget);
- Analytics of creatives test campaigns;
- Strong knowledge of how creatives in Facebook and Google Ads work and experience in testing them is a must;
- Mobile user acquisition experience (Facebook is a must, Google Ads is nice-to-have);
- Strong analytical skills and common sense;
- Basic understanding of mobile metrics: ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, DAU, Retention, and others;
- Confident use of Google Sheets, Excel;
- Proactive and results-oriented;
- High level of self-learning;
- Attention to detail;
- Independence and desire to develop in the sphere;
- English proficiency is at least Intermediate.
Nice to haves
- Experience using Google Ads.
