Responsibilities
- Oversee media buying for mobile games on a scale
- Work closely with internal departments: Business Intelligence, Programmatic UA, DMP, Creatives, Finance and Ad Intelligence;
- Analyzing and planning media buying efforts across traffic channels;
- Plan and optimize media spend and campaign performance through real-time adjustments;
- Develop and execute intent/testing, e.g., A/B;
- Report to VP UA.
Requirements
- An in-depth knowledge of a variety of digital buying platforms – Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Ad Networks
- Buying experience with casual and hypercasual games on a scale
- Deep understanding of creatives testing;
- Experience in managing team;
- High level of English;
- High communication skills;
- Ability to think “outside the box”;
- Ability to gather and analyze ad data, assess performance and make adjustments to optimize ads, and develop actionable recommendations to report back to the team and client on performance in a clear and user-friendly manner;
- Ability to constantly learn large volumes of new information;
- Ability to perform self assessment, identify areas of growth and constant self improvement;
- Buying experience with mobile games oriented to ad revenue monetization and it’s successful cases.
