We are seeking a results-driven DSP (Demand-Side Platform) General Manager with a strong focus on execution to lead our DSP. As the DSP General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our DSP business operations. Your expertise in managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results will be essential to driving the success of our DSP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Company Growth
  • Scale company from $5M to $50 in revenue.
  • Establish a culture of accountability in the organization.
Financial Planning & Cost Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to achieve revenue and profit targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Create detailed budgets, forecasting models, and financial scenarios to guide decision-making.
  • Conduct regular analysis of financial performance, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insights into variances and trends, offering recommendations for corrective actions.
Team Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of DSP professionals, providing clear direction and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
  • Align product roadmap with company goals and execution plan.
Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance campaign execution processes, improving efficiency and minimizing errors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless workflow.


  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a leadership role within digital advertising operations, specifically focused on User Acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, mobile apps UA and DSP platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Technical background is preferred.
