The vision for our global Creative team at Appodeal Stack is informed by an ongoing pursuit of new and different ideas, rapid creative development, and efficient production. We develop creative executions across paid channels that invite and encourage millions of players worldwide to take part in our partners’ games as well as keeping players engaged, informed, and rewarded for their active participation.
The role of a Creative Producer is not only to provide creatives for our partners’ games but to maintain and improve their quality continuously. Successful candidates will have one part creativity and one part love for numbers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare new concepts for creatives based on data about creatives that have been done before;
- Constantly analyze in-house creatives and competitors’ creatives;
- Analyze the results of creatives’ tests for further actions;
- Control the overall quality of creatives, adherence to policies and guidelines;
- Manage relationships with internal and external creative resources.
Requirements
- Background working with artists/designers to deliver performing assets;
- Experience in User Acquisition, preferably in the mobile app industry. Strong understanding of key user acquisition metrics;
- Ability to assess creatives from the production point of view in order to share the right feedback with the executors (experience being a creative designer would be a huge advantage);
- Being able to handle multiple projects; being organized, detail-oriented and friendly;
- Excellent English skills.
