- Create ideas/concepts for creatives (board, word, card games) and brief the production team;
- Steer production from conception to delivery for various assets;
- Control the overall quality of creatives, adherence to policies and guidelines;
- Analyze the results of creative tests for further actions;
- Manage relationships with internal and external creative resources;
- Proactively track competitors’ best-performing assets and trends;
- Collaborate with UA and creatives teams to test creatives, provide them with the required amount of ad inventory and identify new creative approaches and audience segments.
- 1+ years proven success working in a similar role;
- Background working with artists, designers, content strategists to develop performing assets;
- Experience in User Acquisition, preferably in the mobile app industry;
- Experience with managing outsourcing and/or external relations;
- Being able to handle multiple projects; being organized, detail-oriented and friendly;
- Excellent english skills.
