Responsibilities
- Drafting payment orders (BYN, foreign exchange), keeping records in the payment ledger;
- Accounting bank operations, including those in foreign exchange;
- Checking the correctness of course accounting document compilation, monitoring the presence of their original versions;
- Drafting reporting documents, including those for the HTP;
- Communicating with other departments, outsource specialists, banks regarding the payments, audit, reporting, legal issues;
- Accounting fixed assets and intangible assets (acquisition, disposal, amortization/depreciation accrual, revaluation, modernization);
- Accounting inventory (acquisition, writing off);
- Accounting accountable forms;
- Accounting settlements with accountable persons (advance payments, travel expenses);
- Accounting and drafting documents on official entertainment and marketing expenses;
- Issuing certificates to the employees, issuing powers of attorney;
- Accounting third party services;
- Accounting settlements with suppliers and contractors, reconciliation statements;
- Drafting orders on bonus payments to all employees (monthly) and monitoring if they are accounted;
- Monitoring HR documents (hiring, transfer, firing, leaves), keeping employees’ personal files;
- Preparing HR documentation.
Requirements
- Experience of working as an accountant at HTP resident companies;
- Flexible, excellent communicator;
- English: Intermediate or higher;
- Familiarity with contractors and vendors operations (i.e. acts of acceptance, etc.);
- Experience with HR/labor regulations in Belarus;
- Experience with preparing statutory reports in Belarus, especially from HTP entities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of US GAAP;
- Experience with Netsuite.
