Account Manager at Appodeal

You’ll be working on a new unique project – Appodeal Accelerator Program that helps mobile app developers of any size grow their apps. You will help creators understand their way to scaling apps, maintain relationships with them and assist with smooth onboarding. Your main goal in this role will be to make sure that key clients are provided with all necessary information about the program, guidelines, scaling plan based on their product and performance metrics, and ensure that clients understand the plan and its value. You will report to the VP Customer Success, and the Accelerator program project manager.

Responsibilities

  • Represent customer interests at Appodeal;
  • Support and develop existing customers, track their status, key indicators, and if necessary, initiate communication after a break;
  • Help Appodeal key customers scale mobile apps using our platform and educate them on how to use our tools;
  • Build out successful growth plans for the key partners assigned;
  • Identify high-value leads;
  • Recognize customer needs and develop individual strategy for client onboarding;
  • Conduct demo sessions with clients and explain key values of the platform;
  • Manage customer progression through the funnel;
  • Coordinate various departments to get things done, advocate for client’s needs, and communicate success stories as well as flaws in our processes;
  • Prepare reports on account status while predicting and tracking key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Adept at building rapport with clients; developing new relationships while maintaining long standing partnerships;
  • Knowledge of how to maintain and scale client relationships;
  • Ability to structure and present information correctly and clearly;
  • Fluent English. Other languages will be highly valued;
  • Analytical Skills; using data to make decisions;
  • Solid communication skills a must;
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Account Management/Sales with a successful track record;

Nice to haves

  • Experience in ad tech / mobile app monetization / UA is a huge advantage;
  • Higher education (economics, marketing or informatics).
